We had a lovely stay at Hotel Soleil Ha Long with our shy teens. the modern decor and stunning junior suite with a balcony view were highlights. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the indoor pool was a perfect spot for relaxation. With Sun World and other attractions nearby, it was ideal for family bonding. Breakfast was varied, and we enjoyed our room service too.

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a contemporary bathroom. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options and fresh food. the location was also convenient for our trip.

the staff seemed overworked and not very happy, and we didn't receive some of the basic toiletries like conditioner.

Our Easter weekend stay was enjoyable with the hotel's great view of the bay and comfortable spacious western-style rooms. The staff was helpful throughout our stay. The pool offered a nice way to stay cool during the hot days.

Some receptionists had difficulty understanding English and the breakfast was reduced during off-season. The morning buffet lacked variety and quality.
